Organic Herbal Salve Application Instructions

Below, you'll find the salve you are using along with my recommended application methods to receive its benefits!

Organic Headache Salve

This salve is effective for relieving headaches and sinus congestion. Due to its high peppermint concentration, it’s best to avoid use if are sensitive to peppermint. Otherwise, the anti-inflammatory properties and natural menthol in peppermint can help alleviate headaches and sinus issues. Be cautious, as applying too much may cause your eyes to water; for sinus infections, it can aid in detoxifying congestion! Always consult your physician before use if you are pregnant or breast feeding.

Do not consume, not edible.

To Apply:

For headaches - Gently massage the salve into your temples, the bridge of your nose between your eyes (avoiding contact with your eyes), and beneath / behind your ears.

For sinus congestion - Follow the same steps as above and also apply it gently to your chest for extra relief. (For additional sinus relief; apply a small amount under your nose, this may make your eyes water but it will help clear out your sinuses!)

Re-apply as needed.

Ingredients:

Beeswax, olive oil, essential oil (lavender, peppermint, citronella), peppermint & lemon balm infused oil, vitamin E.

Organic Dry Skin Salve

This salve is highly effective for dry skin, making it an ideal choice if you experience cracks! Its primary ingredient, Calendula, offers remarkable benefits for various skin conditions including eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis. This salve should not be used on your face, the beeswax in this salve is too heavy for your facial skin and can cause a breakout. Always consult your physician before use if you are pregnant or breast feeding.

Do not consume, not edible.

To Apply:

Gently massage the salve into your skin, focusing on the driest areas, or apply it directly to irritated spots for eczema relief. After application, allow it to absorb for about 15 minutes, and reapply as necessary.

Ingredients:

Beeswax, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, essential oil (lavender, ylang ylang, vanilla, Aum), calendula infused oil, vitamin E, tapioca flour.

oRGANIC cHRONIC mUSCLE pAIN hEAT SALVE

This salve is highly effective for chronic muscle pain, offering temporary relief. It is specifically designed for treating old injuries and chronic muscle issues, where heat is more beneficial than cooling, as it enhances blood flow to the affected areas, aiding in the healing process. This salve can also help those with arthritis and assist in healing Carpal tunnel syndrome; while cooling may provide immediate relief for carpal tunnel, heat is better for recovery.

 

Additionally, it aims to improve blood circulation, which can be advantageous for individuals with low blood pressure; it helps balance blood pressure levels, making it potentially beneficial for those with hypertension as well. Always consult your physician before use if you have hypertension, breast feeding, or pregnant.

Do not consume, not edible.

To Apply:

For muscle pain relief - Gently rub the salve to your muscles that are irritated. And allow 15 minutes for it to absorb into your skin.

 

For Carpal Tunnel - Gently apply to the insides of your wrists, and allow 15 minutes for it to absorb.

 

For Improved Circulation - Apply to both the inside of your wrists and soles of your feet. Allow 15 minutes for salve to absorb.

Re-apply as needed.

Ingredients:

Beeswax, Ginger Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, essential oil (Clove bud, Cypress, Cinnamon, Juniper Berry, Lavender, Bergamot), Ginger & Cinnamon infused oil, Vitamin E.
